Aghaat (1985)

Shivalik Engineering Works is divided by two rival labor unions, one led by Madhav Verma (Om Puri) and the other by Krishnan Raju (Gopi), whose methods are completely opposite to Madhav’s ideals. The tension boils over when a factory worker is severely injured on the job. The two unions fiercely clash over the compensation issue, challenging Madhav’s position and his effectiveness as a leader.
